Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the voyla.fr website, published by Aurore Heyer, micro-entrepreneur, SIRET 107 559 254 00019, domiciled at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris. Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

Voylà offers travel accessories for sale (luggage organizers, compression bags, electronic travel accessories, etc.). The products are presented with the most precise description and characteristics possible. Photographs illustrate the products but are not contractual.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). As Voylà benefits from the VAT exemption regime (article 293B of the CGI), VAT is not applicable and does not appear on invoices. Delivery costs are specified in the order summary before validation.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Voylà reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, non-payment, or product unavailability.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order, via the payment methods offered on the site. Payment is secure.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery zone: France, European Union, and a selection of non-EU countries (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia and others).

Lead times: As products are shipped from our partner suppliers, the estimated delivery time is an average of 8 to 12 working days from the validation of the order. This period may vary depending on the destination and is provided for informational purposes.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

In accordance with European directive 2023/2673, which came into effect on June 19, 2026, the customer can exercise this right directly online, without creating an account, via the dedicated function accessible from the website footer under the heading "Right of withdrawal". A confirmation of the request, including order details, is sent to the customer by e-mail. See our Return Policy for the detailed procedure.

Article 8 – Legal guarantees

All products sold on voyla.fr benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

Voylà cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product, nor for delays or non-performance due to a case of force majeure.
