Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to withdraw, without having to provide any reason.

How to return a product?

Contact us at [contact@voyla.fr] specifying your order number and the product concerned.
We will confirm the procedure and the return address within 48 working hours.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging if possible.
Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund period

Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.

Defective or non-compliant product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from your order, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, with return costs at our expense in this case.
